There are different styles of communication. Over time we will each have developed our own particular style, one which we feel most comfortable with; a way which we naturally, instinctively approach and manage situations, relate to people and work with those around us. It is our preferred way of dealing with the demands we make for ourselves and those that others place upon us. It could be team members, colleagues, customers or whoever. What’s important is to understand that NO communication style is any better or more effective than another: each has its strengths and its limitations.
